Welcome to Fitness & Health for the Kink Community. My name is Dr. Lynk. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as holding a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. Beyond my degrees and certifications I have pursued and continue to pursue further education in all areas of physical therapy, health, fitness, and nutrition. This has given me the ability to provide educational classes, information, and resources to those who are looking for information to make positive change in their lives.

Despite my accomplishments in the health care field, I could not have gotten to this place professionally or in the kink community without my life-partner, Ever. She is the love of my life, and I owe her a tremendous amount for her contribution to my existence.

My goal in creating this blog was to provide people in the kink community with quality health, fitness, and nutritional information. I chose to be a physical therapist (PT) based on my passion for helping people, and that is the primary reason I created Fitness & Health for the Kink Community, to help people create lasting changes for healthier lives. The second purpose for the blog is the dissemination of physical therapy knowledge and how it can be used to modify kinky activities and allow for safer and more effective play.

I primarily cover the areas of injury management, fitness, and nutrition based on research and experience. Other areas of interest that may be included are how kinky activities can relate to fitness and health. Additionally, I will try to direct visitors to some of the world class fitness, nutrition, and life-changing programs on the market that have been reviewed, tested, and found to be great resources. This blog is also the base for my classes that I present inside the kink community.

Feel free to comment on the blog or e-mail me at BDSMBodywork@gmail.com if you have questions or wish to suggest a topic for a post. I am open to many perspectives and would be happy to cover any specific topics of interest. I am also always looking for additional venues to present classes and can be contacted at the above e-mail if any of my classes spark your interest.

Cheers to your health,

Lynk
