Plus, it comes with a community site to connect with other people using the program to allow for further modification and community support.
Truth About Abs - The number one selling abs program in the world created by Mike Geary. This is an incredible program with tons of exercises and programs built in to get you into phenomenal shape.

Athletic Greens - Simply put, this is the BEST all inclusive supplement that I have come across. Made from the best ingredients to include both your multi-vitamin with micro nutrients not found in most multi-vitamins, digestive enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics, and anti-oxidant. If I had to purchase anything it would be this!
Cheat Your Way Thin - A scientifically based nutritional program designed to use a combination of exercise and nutrtion to manipulate your body’s hormones for increasing the utilization of fat as a fuel and burn it off your body. No, this involves no hormone supplementation.
Xtreme Fat Loss Diet - 25 pounds in 25 days!!! Its a very short term and extreme diet that uses the same principles as Cheat Your Way Thin, but in a shorter period with more extreme measures. INJURY MANAGEMENT
Back Injury Guide - Injury guide for dealing with lower back pain through exercise. Created by a doctor of physical therapy, this guide covers the most common lower back problems and includes exercises on how to correct the pain and get in shape at the same time.
Shoulder Injury Guide - Injury guide for dealing with shoulder injuries through muscle balancing and at home treatments that will help to reduce and even eliminate your pain. A personal friend of mine created this from his own experience. Even to this day he has two large cartilage tears in both shoulders that cannot be fixed by surgery, but he has no pain. By selecting the right exercises to deal with your shoulder pain you can restore your shoulders, your posture, and get back to life.
Cressey Training - This is a link to a series of projects created by Eric Cressey. By industry standards, he is one of the best trainers and has a brilliant mind for elite level programs that range from high school to pro-athletes that he works with on a daily basis. I recommend first Assess and Correct. This will show you how to assess your weaknesses and improve them to allow for injury free fitness.
Robertson Training - Michael Robertson is a physical therapist that works with Eric Cressey and has created a number of different training and injury management products. I recommend everyone take a look at Bulletproof Knees. Anatomically, knees are designed to fail and I know from experience that total knee replacements are not fun. So take a look and find out how to create indestructible knees.
BRAIN TRAINING
The Magic 100 - This is a goal training system that will teach you how to accomplish 100 goals in 100 days. Its amazing what you can learn from this program and apply it over and over to accomplish all of your life goals. The biggest thing with this is to not limit yourself with your goal selection and you will be amazed with what you can accomplish!
